Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for commercial use. Please contact me via Twitter or Discord DMs for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @kuronichiwah

I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.

I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do. (see "wont do" list)

Visual reference is preferred and appreciated but it is not required! Written description is okay too. If A/I is suspected to be involved at all, additional fees will be added.

Non original character artworks will be posted to my social media unless requested otherwise. All artworks will be used in my portfolio.

Payments will be made through Kofi only. This helps to avoid additional payments through Pay/Pal. A 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) payment will be made upon completion of the sketch (on orders over $15), and the remainder will be paid once the artwork is completed and approved.

Listed prices are the base price. The price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

Please be patient for your commission to be completed, I have work outside of art comms and may be unable to work on yours for days at a time. If an issue outside of my control occurs I will inform you to the best of my ability. (ex: if im sick or injured)

Updates will be given regularly! I tend to update at the sketch, lineart, flat color, and full render stages. Additional updates may be requested.

Frequent updates and input requests will be sent during the sketching phase, feel free to request adjustments and changes during this phase! Major adjustments requested after this phase will have additional fees. (ex: complete pose change, character change, etc)

In the event that I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, a partial refund will be issued depending on the amount of work already completed.

Once the final artwork is approved and paid for, two versions of the finished product will be uploaded to Google Drive and sent to you. (a watermarked version for social media posting and a signed version for personal use)

Aggression and rudeness will not be tolerated. Any inappropriate behavior towards me during the process will result in immediate termination of the commission, a refund depending on the amount of work already completed will be issued, and any progress made will be deleted. This will also result in being blacklisted and other creators will be warned of your actions.
